The Referral Program is pretty simple. For every friend/teammate/manager you refer to Small Biz Soundboard, YOU will receive a complimentary 60 minute Coaching Session. If you refer 2 people, you get 2 sessions, and so on.

The person you refer, at bare minimum, needs to sign up for at least ONE Coaching Session. Of course, they can sign up for one of the three plans (IC Plan, Sales Leader Plan, Sales Team Plan), but all you need to get your free session is an initial signup.
